The "Ophelia" long dress by Spin Doctor (a Hell Bunny brand). Made of a sateen cotton and beautiful soft lace. Bust is sweetheart shaped and has cap sleeves with layered chiffon and lace. Skirt tapers in length with a longer back (the front is 42" and the back is 48" from the shoulder), and comprises of a soft short underskirt, and layers of tiered floral lace. Comes with a red faceted brooch, which has 4 beaded chains clasped to the sides (could be used with other outfits too!) Straps are adjustable and can be removed. For a more flared out skirt a 25" petticoat will achieve this :)
