The hand held Pitot tube is one of the most efficient and accurate methods of measuring water discharge from hose nozzles, hydrants or other type open orifices. This Pitot utilizes a quick disconnect fitting for mounting the gauge. Constructed from brass and copper, and fully chrome plated. An air chamber is machined into the brass handle negating any need for a bleeder to be incorporated into the tube design. The air chamber serves as a damper to hold the gauge indicator needle as steady as possible for a more accurate reading.

Kit comes complete with Quick Disconnect Pitot tube, One Gauge and one case.

You may order second gauge separately. This will be furnished with a 2 1/2" liquid filled 0-300 PSI gauge. Please specify if other range gauge is required or an extra gauge is required. Available ranges are 100Psi, 200Psi & 300Psi.

Note: Gauges supplied with our Test Kits are quality Liquid Filled Gauges but do not come from any manufacturer with individual certification. Certification insures accuracy and is necessary for certain types of testing. Certification is normally done on an annual basis. Certified Pressure gauge calibration is a process of comparing a gauge in at least 5 test points over the span to a known certified and traceable pressure measuring device. We can test and certify gauges with a calibration sticker and a N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibration document for an additional charge of $39 each Gauge.
