We ship the package with registered Royal Thai airmail. The package gets his last scan when its loaded on an airplane to your destination.
The tracker can ONLY be updated when YOUR postal service scans the package. We cannot be held responsible for damage done by your postal service (all our postal boxes are approved by global postal standards).
In case of damage by frost during postage we cannot be held responsible for this.
If the plant would die during transport for any other reason, then we refund the plant 100%
