This is a great pc for streaming media. It is in fully working condition, but does have some marks on the case which are just cosmetic. There is no operating system installed, and I would recommend Windows 7. Any other operating system seems to have issues. I have also included the micro keyboard, DVDRW / Blu-Ray player and an external fan.
