This ladies Nancy Gonzalez Clutch is primarily made from gold crocodile leather complemented by gold hardware. This bag is in very good pre-owned condition accompanied by Tags, care card, compact mirror. Circa 2000's. Our Xupes reference is HB581 should you need to quote this.

CONDITION NOTES
The exterior crocodile leather is in excellent condition with light signs of wear to the corners. The interior leather is in very good condition. Overall this bag is in very good pre-owned condition. Please note the majority of the items we sell are pre-loved unless stated otherwise. Please look over our pictures and descriptions as they display the most detail of the product. Please make a note of the measurements.

Delivery Times
Art & Antiques will be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment. Watches & Jewellery will be dispatched the same day payment clears providing this is before 3pm.
Guarantee & Returns Policy
In compliance with distance selling regulations we offer all clients the opportunity to return items within 30 days of receipt.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery costs, will be provided upon the safe receipt of items in the same condition as supplied. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender and all items dispatched by us will be sent fully insured.
We recommend that similar insurance be placed on items when returning them to us.
All returns must be communicated with a returns reference obtained and attached prior to an item being sent back.

We sell only branded watches. All are provided with a minimum 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated) from Xupes Ltd. The watch movement is covered under this warranty however this does not apply to any inappropriate damage caused by mistreatment of your watch. The warranty does not cover damage to bracelets, cases, crystals/glasses, or damage arising from use in water. We do not cover accidental damage or loss. Our Xupes warranty is not transferable. We provide every watch sold with a free replacement valuation, which can be used for insurance purposes. In addition clients receive a statutory 7 day money back guarantee on all watches, which we deliver via the mail providing they are returned to us in their original condition. All returns must be agreed with Xupes beforehand.
Jewellery
We sell fine jewellery and work with specialist suppliers to bring you honest and accurate descriptions. We maintain a full photographic record of all pieces sold. We are unable to accept returns where items have been specifically modified or made for a client and encourage our clients to physically view and try items prior to purchase. We can however modify items (such as resizing rings) although there may be a small charge. Returns of items sent by mail will be accepted for the statutory 7 day period after delivery. However any tampering or alteration will invalidate this guarantee. All returns must be agreed with Xupes beforehand.
