All of our OS X DVD`s are made by ourselves using state of the art DVD duplication machines, they are also fully tested and verified before being shipped. We only use High Quality Media and all of our OSX DVD`s are Dual Layer. You will need a "Working" Dual Layer internal or external drive, along with a working MAC to complete installation or repair.
You will now receive the plain or basic branded DVD in a cardboard sleeve with instructions on use.

Q: The DVD ejects?
A: When a DVD ejects it means that the drive cannot recognize it. It doesn't mean its blank or damaged. The first thing to look at is the DVD drive itself. It is a very common and well documented on the quality of older MAC drives struggling to read Dual Layer DVD`s. Please try it in another MAC or use an external DRIVE.
Q: My DVD is blank?
A: Flip it over, you will see burn marks on the rear, this visually shows you it isn't blank at all.
Q: I have tried it in my PC and its not working?
A: OSX Discs are not native in a PC so you will not normally see anything on the disc.
Q: I have a stop sign over the install icon?
A: The "stop" or "prohibited" symbol simply means that the version of OSX, you have purchased, is NOT compatible with your machine.
Q: How do i boot from the DVD?
A: To boot from the DVD simply hold the C key down on booting. If this fails then reboot holding the "OPTION" key down and select the DVD to boot.
