All items are new, 100% authentic, never used in any form or damaged (unless stated).

We reserve the right to end any listed item at any time.


Late or Lack of Communications on Payments: We keep our prices very reasonable for everyone, honesty, professionalism and quality of goods guaranteed. Buyer is welcome to make payments within 7 Business days from day of purchase, when paying by check, e-check or in case you would like to extend the time frame this must be communicated at once for the convenience of both, If this does not occur transactions will be canceled and buyers ID member may be blocked to shop on Lord Midas for up to 6 months. Please understand that this may cause inconveniences to other customers in their option to purchase the item you are keeping on hold.

International Shipping: Tracking and custom form numbers will be provided to customer upon Lord Midas extra expenses at no additional cost.

Our frequent shipping destinations are: United States, Russia, South Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Brazil.

Return Policy: You may return any item you purchased at anytime within the time range listed from the moment package has been received (tracking and custom form numbers may be used for verification).  All items are new, with tags, never used or damaged (unless stated), returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving. If you meet these requirements you will be refunded the full amount you paid for. For Kiton, Luigi Borrelli, Sartoria Partenopea, Cruciani, Ballantyne, Santoni, Isaia Napoli, Tramontano Napoli, Pal Zileri and Enrico Mandelli products will be inspected further in depth.

Returns made due to seller error such as – significant errors on listing, incorrect size sent, incorrect item sent, damaged item sent, etc. In this case you will receive the total amount you paid for plus the return shipping.
In case tags aren't attached (unless stated), worn, slightly used (this implies also the use of any perfume/cologne or other strong odors) there will be a 20% restocking fee.

If item is heavily used, damaged in any form we will not accept any return.

We reserve the right to limit returns due to circumstances which include unusual frequency.

Please note: Seller errors may occur as well, making any prior decision on sending an unpleasant feedback may affect sellers reputation for an issue that can be resolved in a friendly manner. We welcome to contact us first for any problem solution. Our priority is customer satisfaction.
