Item comes from a nonsmoking location.  Items will arrive to you clean, laundered (dye-free/fragrance-free) or professionally steamed unless stated.

PayPal payments only after auction ends or BIN.  Unpaid item case will automatically be opened if item is not paid for within 3 days.  

We ship within 24 hours of your payment posting and provide updated tracking numbers asap/same day.  Any weekend purchases will be shipped out on Monday.

Combined s&h is available provided ONE PayPal payment is made for everything.  Buyer pays highest shipping rate + $1 for each additional item.

30 day refund per eBay rules.   If your item arrives damaged, please notify us IMMEDIATELY so we can work together to fix it.  In the event of damage in the mail, buyer must be willing to email photos of damaged item & packaging to receive refund (no need to send item back).  No photos of damage = no refund without item return.  Buyer pays return shipping for all other returns so please read item description carefully.
