This is a Motorola XTS 2500 UHF Low 380 P25 Digital Radio in perfect condition.  It is working 100% to my ability to test it.  It reaches My repeater from a long ways out!  Further than most of our radios in the building would. I  hate to get rid of it but it really could use a home that will use it.  

I don't use it because its in such nice condition and I would rather use an older beat up radio instead of turning this one into that!  

This is a BN radio in an AN housing.  Makes no difference as far as operation!  8 Meg Radio!

I am including 4 Batteries! 1 Li-Ion Hi Cap battery and 3 Nickel Metal Hydride batteries. 

I bought it about 6 months ago from here and I had it flashed up to do what I wanted.  The only thing wrong is the tags are not the same anymore and I don't have a way to change that.
