About Your PaintingPlease read in full before making a purchase.
Your chosen design will be painted on to a 12x16" (30x40cm) medium grain cotton stretched canvas on a wooden frame.As soon as the painting has been paid for, we will begin work on it.Each painting is hand painted, NOT printed.
DELIVERY TIMES:Every design is hand painted to order.  We do not keep any paintings in stock for immediate dispatch.If you live within the UK, your painting should be with you within 1 calendar month of us receiving your payment.If you live within Europe, your painting should be with you within 6 weeks of us receiving your payment.If you live outside Europe, your painting should be with you within 8 weeks of us receiving your payment.If you require your painting sooner than this, please send us a message before bidding and we'll see what we can do.
TRACKING NUMBERS:UK customers will have the option of paying for a first class signed for tracking number in the checkout menu.  If a tracking number is not paid for, your painting will be sent by Royal Mail first class.International orders will only be sent with a tracking number if arrangements are made prior to purchase.

Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Delivery times are approximate (1 month from receiving payment for orders within the UK, 6 weeks for orders to Europe, and 8 weeks to everywhere else).
2. UK orders will be sent by first class with proof of postage.  Tracking numbers are only available for UK customers who select the tracking number option during the checkout process.
3. In order to keep costs down for our international customers, paintings sent outside the UK will not have a tracking number but will have a proof of postage receipt.  All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail air mail unless otherwise stated. Alternative shipping methods are available upon arrangement prior to purchase.
4. We do not accept responsibility for delayed delivery by the postal service.
5. We will only accept returns and issue refunds if we agree that your painting is not up to our usual very high standards.  If a customer decides to return a painting to us, they are responsible for the postage cost.  A painting must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the painting.  
6. If the postal service fails to deliver a painting and it is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying for the redelivery of their order.  If the customer would prefer a refund instead, they will receive it as soon as the painting has been resold.  If an order has been lost in the post, a refund will only be issued once the postal service have refunded us for the cost of the painting/s.
7. Feedback will not be left until feedback is received.  Please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback and we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  We will never issue a refund or offer an alternative painting to anyone who has left us neutral or negative feedback before contacting us privately.
8. If the painting is to be a gift and you'd like it to arrive before the estimated time stated, we need to know before the painting has been paid for.
9. We do not accept "cash on collection" under any circumstances.
10. All artwork is unofficial fan art designed by us.
11. By buying an item, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed with these terms and conditions, and that you have fully read the description.  Refunds will not be issued for anything that is covered in the terms and conditions or the description of the item.  By reading these T&C's, you have also acknowledged that you are a very nice person.
