Tag was cut off my daughter was always uncomfortable with tags

Plastic window rest is plush and no the gum balls do not come out

Bottom is plush to do it is hard to make it free standing. I always leaned it against the wall or the legs of furniture.

Very colorful and eye catching. My daughter took to it from day one.
