"Haruka doesn't like popular guys!" This cel I believe is from the scene in which their car breaks down. "Let's drop by to kill the boredom." "I'm never bored when I'm with you."

The production cel has two layers taped together. Also binder holes at the top (likely done by the studio). There is a paint chip in Michiru's left arm sleeve. Line fading typical for these cels.
