I am a freelance Director of Photography in the drama tv industry, I have been very ill over the last 18months and during my convalescing time, post chemo, stem cell transplant and radiotherapy I have designed and made this and other mic holders. I have worked closely with BBC and C4 sound mixers to develop this and other mic holders. The shape of them have been specially designed to fit a standard rycote sticky tab (this can be seen in one of the pictures on the back). I have designed, developed and made mic holders for these mics: Sanken COS 11's DPA 4071 DPA 4060/61 Other mic holders are coming! (let me know if you require any specific/unusual ones) I make the holders translucent, clear as default, it was the most popular choice during testing. The mic holders are also available in many different colours including grey, black, white, red, blue, green and yellow, please message me if you want a different colour as I make them to order.
