Terms and Condition
- All items are sold under VAT Margin Scheme, unless stated otherwise
- Serial Number of all items dispatched are recorded
- Items paid for via PayPal will be dispatched 3 working days after cleared PayPal payment only to the verified PayPal address.
- If you wish to collect an item in store and pay via chip and pin please call us first so we can make sure it is in store.
- All of our refurbished items come with a minimum three months warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental damage or major software fault caused by user.

Grading System
Grade A: Almost new, perfect cosmetic condition, fully working. No scratched or dents at all. May still have Apple warranty left.
Grade B: Good condition, fully working, may have minor marks on the bottom and lid of device. No dents.
Grade C: Cosmetically condition is poor, fully working. May have major scratches on lid and case, and some minor dents. Screen is in good condition.
Grade D: Very poor cosmetic condition, major dents and scratches. Screen may also have marks on it.
Faulty: Items sold as faulty for spares/repairs only NO WARRANTY GIVEN.
