This is a really neat piece from Dark Horse. As you can see, it's a 7-inch scale replica of the Iron Throne from Game of Thrones. 

This particular piece has some wear to it from its time in storage, unfortunately. The box has some wear and scuffing on the top and bottom (picture #3 shows some of the scuffs). there's some wear to the edges and corners (pictures #4, #5 and #6). And the box itself has come apart at the seam. One seam came unglued, and the box came apart. It's just held together by the tabs at the bottom at the moment (picture #12 shows the gap). 

The throne itself appears to have some light wear/an imperfection to the top. You can see a little paint wear on the top swords in picture #11. 

It's not mint, but it should still make for a great buy.
