NATIONAL POSTAGE: For mutual security and transparency, all UK postage will be by 2nd class post and signed for on delivery. You can indicate if you want a faster shipment on winning the bid and l will send you a revised postage rate  (based on Royal Mail prices). 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: Due to the recent hike in postal charges and to be transparent with our shipment, the following guideline at http://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/international-economy is being used for shipment. As a rough estimate, Jeans will weigh 750gms, Jacket - 1.2kg, Shoes 2.5kg and bags 1.1kg. For additional security, all shipment will be signed for which is an additional 2.10 per shipment (already included in shipping cost). 

POSTAGE TO ITALY: All postage to Italy will be by trackable and signed for (which will incur additional cost). All Italian customers MUST confirm after winning a bid. Thank you.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days of receiving payment.

For UK Orders we use a Signed For service, which aims to deliver in 1-5 days.

International Orders will be sent with either Royal Mail International Signed For which aims to deliver as specified above (under International Postage).

Delivery usually takes 7-56 days but can vary depending on your location.

Signed For confirmation will be available upon request.

We are not responsible for any delays or charges due to overseas customs or postage delay.

Payment

We are currently only able to accept payment via Paypal.

Please kindly make payment within 4 days of purchase unless organized with us in advance.

Returns Policy

Refunds are available if item is not as described. Refund must be completed within 14 days of purchase.

Buyer is responsible for all postage, if item is as described.

Items must arrive back with us in the same condition they left.

All returns must be organized with us before you send.

We aim to process returned orders within two working days.

When returned items have been refunded you will be notified by email.

You are responsible for return postage costs and refunds will exclude the original shipping cost paid.

If returning from outside the EU – packages must be clearly labeled “ITEM BEING RETURNED”; this is to avoid any customs charges.

Failure to do this may result in the item being returned to you by customs.
