Featured is a vintage Star Indoor Horseshoe game in original box. Made by Star Paper Company, and dated June, 1925. The game consists of a top and bottom box that lay flat to form a table top horseshoe pit. Both sections have the same graphics. Including a country house scene and a yellow bulls eye circle. The center on both yellow circles has a metal post to catch the metal horse shoes included. Includes all eight original 1 3/4" metal horseshoes. The game boards also have the instructions for play. The two box sections are 14 1/2" X 9 1/2". Together the game is 29" long and 9 1/2" wide. Both cardboard sections have some old paper litho wear. Also edge wear. All four corners are fine on the base. The corners on the lid have more wear, but are still complete. The top has a great color illustration of a man and a boy playing the game with a fireplace behind them. This is a very uncommon game in pretty good condition for its age and use.
