Terms of Sale: 

Payment: is due within 5 business days of the sale. Extensions will be granted on a case-by-case basis. 

AS IS: All items listed "as is" are sold "as is" without any guarantees of any kind. The product may need parts replaced, repaired or may not work at all. 

We list items "as is" if we do not have the necessary tools or items to test them. 

Shipping: On smaller items, we sometimes use flat rate shipping prices, as there is little difference in price no matter where you live. 

We ship with either USPS or FedEx.

We try our best to ship items out within 24 hours, but please understand sometimes severe weather can sometimes impact this.

International Shipping: We will ship international upon request. We prefer to use the global shipping program as it limits our liability once the item leaves the United States. 

We will not sell to certain countries that have a high risk of postal theft, or countries we cannot ship an item due to postal regulations. 

Combined Shipping: We do not require immediate payment on our buy it now listings, in order to combine shipping and save you money. 

Simply click "buy it now"  or "add to cart" on all the items you want, but DO NOT PAY YET, you will be sent a combined invoice with discounted shipping for all the items you purchase. 

We may need to send your shipment in two or more boxes depending on how much you buy from us. 

You can also click "request total from seller", once you have added all the items from us to your cart.

Returns: You have 30 days after receiving the item to initiate a return. We ask that you contact us before starting a return, as we may have a similar product to simply replace yours with, or can offer other solutions. 

Returns are not necessary if an item arrives damaged from shipping, we will simply refund you, and file an insurance claim. 

If you return an item with less parts than it shipped with, a different item on purpose, or other means of fraudulent returns, you will be barred from purchasing an item from us again and reported to eBay or law enforcement.

We may (at our discretion), use other means to identify buyers who abuse the returns system.

Feedback: Please keep in mind we are a small selling operation and not a large retail corporation.
