This is a neat diecast model, made by First Gear. It's a B-Model Mack Fire Truck. It's the model for the Cumberland Valley Hose Co. 5 (also marked as Chambersburg). 

It is 8.25 inches long.

It appears to be in good shape. I don't see any appearent imperfections, so if they're there, so they're very small. Note that the side mirrors are fairly loose. I went ahead and took them back out, since I'm concerned that they'll breaking in shipment. They'll be bagged and packed separate. They should slot right back in though (picture #9).
