Good overall condition. It has been tested and completely factory restored. It comes with Windows XP installed, but I'm positive it can be updated for very cheap if not free. If you look at the pictures you will see there is tape over the INS and DEL key. They have become detached, but still work. Someone who has the right tools could probably easily get them back on.
