Calico Critters/Sylvanian Families RETIRED CONSERVATORY LIVING ROOM SET.    GREAT set with lots and lots of pieces, only a couple paper items missing...Everything shown IS included, except figure.  Everything is original to set (except the added pencils).  Last two pics shows all items included in non-display format. Mainly very good condition with the exception of magazines and envelope show wear and may have creases.      Please ask if there are ANY questions.
