Please contact us for return authorization before shipping the part back. Item will not be accepted for return without a return authorization. All items are marked for fraud prevention purposes. If the identification mark is not located upon return to seller, a refund will not be issued. Buyer pays return shipping charges and insurance if item has been insured by shipping vendor. If an item is purchased by mistake and is canceled, refused at the door, or returned, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged for the transaction.

Immediate payment is due when the item is purchased. This provides us with the opportunity to box it up and have it ready to ship when payment is received. Our items will ship the same day or within one business day after payment is received. If payment is not received within 2 days of the purchase and the buyer has not contacted us to make other arrangements, a non-payment claim will automatically be filed with Ebay and closed four days thereafter. Insurance on damaged item: Notify the seller immediately via message. Must provide pictures of item comparing damaged item to the item that was initially advertised. Hold item until notified by seller, which may take up to 15 days. If the above requirements are not met, refund will not be issued.
