The dustjacket has significant edge wear, creasing and chipping. The dustjacket is slightly water-stained and dirty. The top and bottom of the spine is missing.


The book is a tan tweed hardcover with brown multi-scene endpapers. The inside book list is to Hardy Boys #40: Mystery of the Desert Giant. The book is illustrated. The binding is tight.


The spine has previous owners’ marks and is slightly dirty. There are previous owners’ marks in ink on the front right endpaper. The book has significant foxing and is significantly dirty.
