    • Shipping terms:

    • Shipping payable by high bidder and insurance is always included.
    • Shipping in the USA is usually via priority mail or UPS Ground with tracking and insurance depending on weight, distance and value. I always try to get the best rate for my buyers.
    • Shipping for UPS Express ground is only from Monday through Friday.
    • I take extreme care in properly packing and insuring the items I sell so, a small handling fee will be added to the actual shipping figure to cover for my time, materials and insurance costs.
    • Shipping is not refundable, sorry.
    • Important rules for International bidders:
    • All items will be shipped with Full customs declaration. I will not declare merchandise as "Gifts".
    • International buyers are responsible for custom charges, duties or importation taxes.
    • I will only ship via Priority mail International or Express Mail International or an equivalent "Flat rate" Priority Mail Service. I cannot and will not send any items via First Class Main International since that method is very unsafe by not providing tracking or insurance.
    • Due to PAYPAL regulations the seller is always held financially responsible for the losses in the mail or fraud so, I cannot lie when filling customs forms and I cannot declare items as "GIFTS" and I cannot use 1st Class International Mail because if an item is lost or damaged, I am responsible for that loss or damage and if Paypal reverses the charges due to a customer not receiving merchandise or getting damaged goods, I loose financially. So. it is not that I don't want International bidders but, I need to protect you and me. I welcome International bidders and always appreciate their business, I just can't take any chances since Paypal is unforgiving even if I am not at fault plus lying about customs declarations is perjury and fraud according to the US postal regulations and I don't want any criminal charges against me in case of losses, claims or postal inspections.
