Grading Guide

AS NEW; Products are new, never been used, however the original packaging material might be damaged.

Grade A; Products are in great condition, display screen is perfect, free from any mark. Some very minor surface marks or scratches on the plastic, but generally in excellent cosmetic condition. Most products come in original packaging, but please read individual listing for variations.

Grade B; Products are in very good condition. Display screen is perfect, free from any mark. Some minor marks and scuffs on the plastic. Generally in good cosmetic condition. Most products come in original packaging, but please read individual listing for variations.

Grade C; Products have marks and scuffs on the body and the screen, it’s perfectly usable, everything works. Poor cosmetic condition. Most products come in original packaging, but please read individual listing for variations.

Shipping Details

Our shipping charges include; the cost of shipment; the cost of packing materials, we will offer combined shipping for multiple purchases.

For most items under one kilo we ship via Royal Mail. Otherwise we use either 24 hour couriers. Your items are usually shipped within 1 working day of your payment clearing.

Returns

Goods purchased via auction may only be returned for 'mis-description' if you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods to explain why the goods are mis-described. Returns must be pre-agreed. And please note postage is not refundable.

Goods purchased via fixed price listings may be returned if you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods and return them within 14 days. Returns must be pre-agreed and be returned in its original packaging, and please note postage is not refundable.
