Featuring a Dragon and Text

Base measures: 3.5 inches

Height measures: 9 inches

Additional Note:  It has been suggested to me that this could have been done by a member of the Chinese Labour Corps who came over during WW1 to assist the Allies.   Googling 'Chinese Labour Corps' this seems very possible but I cannot substantiate it.

Condition as seen, held up to the light I can see no pinprick holes or cracks.
