All broken cases are replaced for new unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Items are well packaged in padded envelopes and/or card to protect the cases, but despite my best efforts on rare occasions they can still get broken in the post. I'm happy to replace or refund for the case if it gets damaged in Transit.

post items within 2 business days of Receiving Payment (business days don't
include Sat/Sun or bank holidays)
