  • PAYMENT: Due to a very high number of unpaid invoices, if your feedback rating is 5 or less, payment is required WITHIN 48 HOURS.  All other payments must be paid within 4 days to avoid an unpaid item case being opened. If you need more time for ANY reason, simply contact me and I’ll be more than happy to work with you. 
  • SHIPPING COST: I have no control over prices set by USPS. Any package over ¼” thick starts at $2.67 (for 1 - 4 ounces), and gets ridiculous after that. And due to eBay Policy, I cannot simply mail an item less than ¼” thick with just a stamp because I must provide a tracking number to avoid being penalized. If I do not provide a tracking number, I am at risk of losing my seller status.
  •  DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: I do my best to secure your item and should not be held responsible for damage in transit. I automatically pay out of pocket to ship very expensive items with insurance coverage, but cannot cost effectively pay to insure every less expensive item. If you are willing to pay the extra for priority shipping, I will be happy to provide that upon request.  
  • ITEM AS DESCRIBED: Let's keep eBay a fun place to buy & sell, and not assume every seller is trying to rip you off. All my merchandise is purchased from professional magic suppliers and magicians here in the U.S.A. Unless the package is sealed, all items are carefully inspected and any issues are clearly described. There should never be a reason to claim an item is not as described, but if I do miss something, I will gladly resolve the problem without having to involve eBay. If you contact me directly BEFORE leaving feedback, or opening a return claim, I will resolve the issue within 48 hours. If you choose to ignore this request and open a claim, I will dispute it. If you leave neg. feedback BEFORE giving me a chance to resolve the issue, I will report the feedback and request that it be removed...
