We post out every day, not weekends or bank holidays. Items over 20 pounds will be sent recorded delivery. 

RTB Warranty (i.e buyer responsible for returning item)

We offer a 14 day return policy on all items. New items are also eligible for 14 day return policy as long they are not opened or used.

This 14 day return policy is available even if there is no fault with item, i.e buyer just changed their mind.  In this case we will claim our selling fees back from ebay and close case and simply refund you the money.  As their was no fault with item and buyer just changed mind postage costs cannot be refunded.

In the rear case, if item is faulty on arrival,  we will reimburse postage costs of 5 pounds as that is how much basic postage is for items that we sell. We will then repair or replace item and post out free to you.  Or you do have the option to cancel and opt for a refund, which will be given after the ebay cancelling process is complete.


After 14 days there is no option of refund however we will repair or replace item under warranty. In this case buyer pays for return postage, we repair or replace item and post out to you again for free.
