You are bidding on (3) PSLs together in Section 216 Row 8. These seats are one "shortened" section away from the $16,000 PSL / $340 face value club section and offer great sideline views on the Cowboys side of the field. The PSLs give you the right to purchase tickets to all Dallas Cowboys Home games (regular season and playoff) at Face Value for the next 28 years. Additionally the PSLs give you first dibs on other events at Dalls Cowboys Stadium such as concerts, sporting events (boxing, NCAA bastketball, Cotton bowl, etc.) as well as special access to Dallas Cowboys promotions.
The 200 level offers the best of both worlds...close enough to the action and yet a higher viewing angle than the 100 level offering a better perspective of the width of the field, this is why the highest priced seats in the stadium (Founders All Access) are in the 200 level. Furthermore, the 200 level is at the ground level of the new stadium, so no stairs to walk up or down to get from the gate to your section. All in all the best bang for your buck. The Original Face Value of the 3 PSLs was $15,000 ($5,000 per seat) for 30 seasons. Given that 2 seasons have already passed, the remaining face value is $14,000. These PSLs were financed from the Cowboys and there is a balance of $10,225 outstanding that is payable over the next 28 years. My remaining "equity" in the PSLs is thus $3,775. The winner of the auction will reimburse me for the $3,775 of remaining "equity" in these PSLs PLUS the final auction price. The buyer will assume the $10,225 financing from the Cowboys. Auction winner is also responsible to pick up a $100 per seat transfer fee ($300 total) charged by the Cowboys to transfer the PSL to his or her name. The starting price is $1,000 below face value and my cost, so all in all a very attractive deal.
The entire transaction will be done through the Cowboys and Paypal to ensure a "smooth" deal. The Cowboys will send me a transfer form which I will sign over to you (upon receipt of payment) and once you fill it out and send it back to the Cowboys, the seats are yours. The new PSL owner will be responsible for annual PSL finance payments of $925 dlls total for the 3 PSLs for the next 28 years (financing cost of around 8%) to payoff the remaining balance (usually due around March). PSL owner is also responsible for season ticket purchases (Usually Around May). Currently the face value per seat per game is $99. I have been able to resell my unused regular season tickets through ebay, stubhub, and ticket exchange for prices of up to $300+ per seat. These are really sought after seats.
