Shipping Policy

Get It Fast! Orders ship within 1 business day of purchase! We ship only to confirmed PayPal addresses or your credit card's billing address.

Get It Free! Free USPS shipping anywhere in the US, including AK, HI and PR. This means combined shipping is free also since free + free = free! Items will be shipped USPS and your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Get It International! We ship USPS Priority International and your tracking number will be emailed to you. It can take 14-21 business days for delivery. All packages will be marked as merchandise. International customers should note that you may be charged customs fees or duties as the item enters your country. This varies from country to country and from item to item.

Get It Faster! Expedited Shipping is offered using USPS Express for an extra fee. This service guarantees delivery between 1-3 days. Orders must be placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday for Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping excludes delivery and/or purchases made on Saturday or Sunday and all major US Holidays.

Return Policy

Get It Returned! All returns must have prior authorization. All items must be returned in their CLEAN, ORIGINAL PACKAGING. To get authorization, please call us (toll free) 1-888-400-BOSS (2677) Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Time or e-mail us through ebay.

Get It Fixed! If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, we'll gladly fix it by shipping a replacement or issuing a 100% refund (including shipping charges). If items are returned for any other reason, a refund will be issued minus a 10% re-stocking fee. In this case, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
