· We accept Paypal for payment on international orders. We do not accept wire transfers. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged. We have no control over them, nor will be able to quote you on what they may be.
· All shipping requests and/or notes MUST be added to your Paypal payment in the notes to seller section. This is the ONLY way to make sure our shipping department will see it. Because we ship items as quickly as possible, emailing your requests does not guarantee they will be seen prior to your item being shipped.
· If you live in a country where the English alphabet is not the standard form of written communication, please make sure your name and address appear in Paypal in English. Other alphabets (Cyrillic, Japanese, Chinese, etc.) will not be translated and your item will be delayed.
· Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail International unless otherwise noted. Email for shipping costs if you would like a different carrier.
· Shipping charges are in USD. Be sure to pay for the cost of international shipping, not the U.S. shipping price. The item will not ship out until full payment is made. |
