DELIVERY - SAME DAY SHIPPING!
All purchases made before 1pm Monday to Friday (not including public holidays) are sent in the post on the same business day. Orders made after 1pm on a business day are sent out within 24 hours, typically the following morning. Orders made on Friday afternoons, or weekends and public holidays are sent out on Monday morning or with the next post if the Monday is a Bank holiday.Items are usually sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail but we are happy to send 1st Class, Recorded Signed For Delivery as well as Special Delivery. These options are available when checking out in Paypal, just be sure to select and pay for the correct shipping method. We do offer combined shipping charges which is done automatically within eBay. Just place your selected items all in your basket and check out all in one go and you should receive shipping discounts where the items are not already free shipping.   • We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. (It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make a payment with your credit card through Paypal. However as soon as you make a first payment Paypal will automatically create an account for you.)
  • We also take card payments over the phone.
  • Postal orders are also accepted which should be made payable to Frill Shop Limited and sent to our address provided at the time of checkout and on the electronic confirmation of your order. When sending a postal order please be sure to include your eBay ID and the details of your order to make it easy for us to process. International buyers can only pay by Paypal. Do not send cash in the post. ALL buyers must checkout within 3 days of purchase and payment must be concluded within 7 days.

REFUNDS:

If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund or replacement within 14 days. Please contact us and tell us what the problem is. As soon as we have received the item back in its original condition a full refund will be issued.


ABOUT US:

Frill Shop Limited is a family owned and operated business that began in England in January 2011, not long after we became parents for the first time. As a new mum (at the time) I became completely enthralled by baby accessories and clothing. I was always looking for special items that are unique for our little girl. Friends and family were so interested in what I found that I figured there must be tons of other parents and kids out there that are looking for similar types of products so why not share all our stuff. So, what started as a bit of a hobby has now become a full time occupation! We currently have more than 1000 different products to choose from (and we are continuously adding new lines.)
