Shipping/ Packing

Tyres are fitted, alloy wheels are balanced. Special care and attention is taken to ensure that when you receive your alloy wheels, they will fit your vehicle. A fitting kit is included, this will consist of nuts or bolts, spigot rings if required, caps and badges. We use UPS to deliver our alloy wheels, the alloy wheels will come to you individually packaged in a way that will protect the alloy wheels in transit. Average delivery is 2-3 working days. Delivery is insured.

We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and payment has cleared, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Terms/ Returns

Autostyle wheels products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months on standard paint finishes and 6 months on polished and chrome wheels. The Alloy wheels manufacturer must establish liability in order for Autostyle to warrant an alloy wheel. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
We cannot honour warranty claims after a wheel has sustained any form of kerb damage. Using the wrong car care products may also invalidate your warranty, as such products can cause damage to the clear lacquer or paint finish.

Returns/ Refund Policy.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.
Purchaser must email us to inform that he is canceling the order. He must then send the goods unused in its original packaging or similar packaging, together with the receipt or we can arrange collection at the cost to the consumer. In addition the customer must send a letter stating the reasons for the return, such written reasons need to be received by the Company within 7 working days of the Purchaser receiving the said Goods. If any of the above are NOT ADHERED to then no refund will be given and the goods will be returned to the purchaser at his expense. Non-faulty goods returned to us will incur a 15% restocking charge and will only be accepted at our discretion.
Returns CAN NOT BE MADE on wheels with mounted tyres.
- If the product reaches you damaged do not accept the item - AUTOSTYLE ALLOY WHEELS LTD OFFER NO COMPENSATION FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- All items must be checked on delivery, before signing. If there are any visible signs of damage this must be noted by you and the delivery driver and advise us immediately. This may mean unpacking the goods before the driver leaves. If you sign for goods without checking them, we cannot claim back any compensation from the courier.
The alloy wheels ?WSP Italy? are compatible spare parts type-approved according to UNECE Reg.124/07, manufactured by Acacia Srl in full compliance with the national, community and supranational regulations (Reg. 6/2002, Reg. 461/2010 , Dir. UE 46/2007 and D.M. 28 April 2008 issued by Italian Ministry of Transports in reception of the Dir. 2007/46/CE).

They are ?replica replacement wheels? or ?pattern part replacement wheels? and they are perfectly compatible with a specific vehicle for which they are intended exclusively in order to repair it so as to restore its original appearance and they indicate specifically, just in order to describe the destination, the car manufacturer.

The alloy wheels WSP Italy get punched inside with all the technical information provided for by the law, the mark and the indication NOT O.E.M. (NOT ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING) or compatible spare wheel in order to specify that it comes to not original spare wheel made by an independent manufacturer.
