Payment

To ensure prompt delivery of products, we recommend that you pay through PayPal. We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and debit cards (Laser and Maestro). We also accept euro cheques, bank drafts, or postal orders from Irish buyer, but it takes up to 5 working days to clear these.

Shipping

We will endeavour to offer you the fastest delivery we can, and will do our best to send your products within 24 hours of clearance of your payment. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We only offer free delivery to Ireland and most areas in the UK (some items or locations in UK may not be eligible for this offer). Some other countries are also eligible for free delivery, but this will depend on the goods in question. Please contact us before purchasing.

The approximate shipping times are as follows: 
Ireland 2-3 working days 
UK 2-3 working days 
Europe 3-5 working days 
Rest of world 7-10 working days
All above delivery time are only approximate times which have been provided by our post office or delivery company, and we cannot guarantee that you will receive the item(s) within these times. If you need the item(s) in a hurry please contact us before you complete payment.  We will be unable to refund you if the items does not arrive within the specified timeframes above. 

Unfortunately, due to the disappearance of many items sent to certain countries, including Russia, we are unable to post to these countries unless the buyer is willing to pay extra to send the items by registered post (value under 35EURO). We apologise for any inconvenience, but we have had to refund numerous buyers in the recent past and it is unsustainable for us to keep doing so.

Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us immediately as we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned to Ishka Sports Co. Ltd, Unit SM2, Wicklow Enterprise Centre, The Murrough, Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow, Ireland. It is the buyers responsibility to pay to return the item(s) to us. We will refund the product price excluding postage and packaging incurred by us when we first dispatched the item(s).

Product Guarantee:
If on receipt, you find the goods are faulty, please contact us by phone 00353-1-4434518 immediately (within 2 days). Please also email us proof, where possible, of the fault (photos or video). We will then check if the goods are genuinely faulty or have been damaged during delivery. If you think the goods may have been damaged during delivery, please email us proof of the damaged packaging.  
 
In the case of genuinely faulty items, we will repair the item or instruct the buyer how to get it repaired. All reasonable costs incurred in the repair will be borne by us. If a repair is not possible, we will give the buyer a replacement or, if that is not possible, a refund. 

We must be advised by email of any faulty goods upon the customers receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If you have any queries, please contact us.

If the goods are broken or damaged during use, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of damage). We will assess the situation and respond to within 2 working days. If there is a genuine fault, we will help the buyer to fix the goods. It the goods can not be fixed, we will send a replacement or make a refund. This final decision will be made by Ishka Sports Co. Ltd.

Receipt
We will provide a receipt on delivery of the products. Please keep this receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the receipt may mean we are unable to refund or replace the product or product part.

All of our camping equipment and swimming equipment is guaranteed for 3 months from the data of purchase. This guarantee excludes general wear and tear and incorrect use. 

All our massage tables are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. This guarantee excludes general wear and tear and incorrect use. It is the customers responsibility to keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce a receipt may mean we are unable to repair, replace, or refund the item.
