Returns and Exchange

We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:

• Items must be posted back within 5 days of receiving them and be received by us within 30 days of auction end for ebay items and purchase date for website purchases.
• Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition. Credit will not be issued if shoe has been altered with markings, price tags/labels, tape, etc. 
• Please make sure that there is no scuff marks or dirt on the soles of the shoes when returning the item
