It is marked on the back - "Galleria Ceramica, Serie Volkshelden, Villeroy & Boch Seit 1748, Made in Germany, Limited Edition 1981, Wilhelm Tell Anno 1300."  

A truly beautiful & very rare collector's plate in great shape, which is difficult to come by.
