Our exclusive luxury leather cases and products are crafted by masters in our work shop in Bulgaria using only the finest Bulgarian and Italian leathers.

A few words about the leather Brussardo uses - Only thick Full Grain Leather that ages richly is used, not weaker Top Grain, Genuine or Bonded leather. Production: Tanning - Only expensive fully tanned leather (not partially tanned) is used, so it won't dry and crack after only a few years.

Brussardo also completely own the manufacturing and design cycle, direct from the work shop to the end user.

Orders will usually be shipped within 2 - 3 business days after payment is received and cleared, except for orders that requested a personalisation service, i.e. messages or intials engraved into the leather. Those orders have a handling time of  7 - 10 days as we need time to fulfill the personalisation requested.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

We do not offer combined shipping discounts unless otherwise stated in the listings.

We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses, so please verify your address with PayPal during checkout.

We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O.Boxes.

We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

For the exclusive Brussardo product line we offer two ways of shipping only as they are being shipped directly from the master workshop in Bulgaria, European Union.

All shipping is registered, so tracking numbers are supplied with each shipping method.

Although the shipping times indicated here are usually right we can not guarantee them as it is out of our control.

We believe in the products we sell and each has been carefully checked by us before shipping.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping and handling charges for any replacement or refund request.

Return of non-defective or wrongly purchased items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The refund will be issued as soon as we receive your return and decide that it is in PERFECT condition.

We do not issue refunds before we receive the item back to our address.

Once again, returns in less then perfect condition and without the original packaging will not be accepted.

Such items will be sent back to the customer's address and will NOT be refunded.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on the product you've ordered, we will notify you. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Item Images

Please understand that all product images are real, but they might slightly differ in the real leather color. Most of our products are made of top grain leather, meaning they have natural embossing on top and this can cause some image difference. All our products are logo branded, if you wish no logo product, please let us know when you place your order.

Due to the instability of the US dollar and its constantly changing course we reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time. We also reserve the right to change the price of an already purchased item(s) before we ship it/them to the end customer. If we decide that the real price of the item is different from the price the customer already paid for a given item(s) we reserve and have the full rights to request the price difference from the client before we proceed with the item shipping.

We are trying to keep our reputation and find our place in the constantly changing global market. We DO NOT DO any kind of false advertising. If we change the price of a given item it is because its price is really different or we made a mistake in our billing system. It is not our practice to ask our clients for more money just like that. If it happens (this is really really rare) it is because the price of the item(s) is TOTALLY different or a mistake in the system has been made. By purchasing from us you agree that you will not take legal actions against us because of that. Moreover if you do not want to pay the difference in the price the full amount you have initailly paid for your item(s) will, of course, be refunded to your account.

1. Is your leather really Italian?

Brussardo uses only high quality and the most expensive Italian tanned calfskin leathers.

2. Is international shipping available?

Yes, we provide international shipping.

3. What forms of payments are accepted?

We use PayPal as our payment process gateway. You can use your PayPal account for PayPal payments or create a new one.

4. When you will ship my item?

All our products are unique and made by hand, please allow us up to 2-3 working days to process your order and to ship your item. Items that were ordered with a personalisation request usually take 7 - 10 days handling time as we need the extra time to fulfill your request.

5. Are your shipments registered?

Yes, we ship only registered mail, so all of the packages have tracking numbers.

6. How long it is going to take to be delivered?

It depends of your location and chosen shipping method. Please read our "Shipping Details" section.

7. Can I return a product if I am not happy?

Yes, if you find that the product is unsuitable please return it in its original condition unused with all packaging and tags within 14 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. Delivery charges are not refundable. Personalised items are exempt from this as we are not able to restock them for the obvious reasons.

7. How can I track my order and package?

The tracking is traceable for the place of origin of the shipment and then the place of recipient.  You can track your package for the place of origin on the web page of BGPOST courier (http://www.bgpost.bg/?cid=176), as "Insert into bag" means it has left the European Union and the next tracking point is your National Postal Carrier. If you decided to use the expedited shipping option then you can track your item with DHL.
