Please be aware these are natural stones that have been tumble polished.  We try to pull out any that are chipped or cracked but occasionally one escapes us due to the high volume of stones we work with on a daily basis.  Natural stones are seldom perfect and can have inclusions of other minerals and variations in color.  Our photographs represent the stones you will receive to the best of our ability.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You must allow a minimum of five to six weeks for delivery. I will ship right away and it will reach your country in four or five days. It then takes five to six weeks to go through the customs process and be delivered to you. If you order between the first of September and end of December, please add a week or two to the delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: The seller is NOT responsible for any customs or duty fees associated with your purchase. It is against eBay rules to ask the seller to mark the package differently that what it actually is or mis-mark the value of the package. It is also against eBay rules to hold the seller responsible and threaten or leave negative feedback because the seller will not pay your customs or duty fees. It is the Buyer's responsibility to know and understand the rules and regulations of your Country concerning importing goods.

15% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items. Buyer will pay return postage, original postage is not returned.  Any item originally shipped Free will still have the amount of postage the seller had to pay deducted from any returns.

Payment is expected within four days of purchase. If you need more time to shop we are happy to extend the time to a week, but you have to let us know. If we don't hear from you, unpaid item notices are sent on day four.
