At Apparel Zoo, our top priority is to provide the best possible service. We stand behind our products 100% and offer a full 14 Day Return Policy (valid on most items). Please read the information below:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s), in new, unworn condition, within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We will not accept returns after this amount of time. Ebay systems delete orders after 60 days, meaning we will not be able to find or refund your order after that time.

**NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR UNDERGARMENTS, SWIMWEAR, HATS AND ACCESSORIES (including handbags & jewelry, toys, watches, skate decks, belts & wallets) ARE ACCEPTED.**

If you do not receive a Return Form with your purchase, the item is not eligible to return/exchange unless the item was shipped wrong or a manufacturer defect. We are not obligated to hold exchange items prior to receiving your package for return. The item must be in stock at the time of arrival in order to qualify for an exchange. We will contact you to ask if you would like another item or refund for the Return order.

To return an item, follow our three step process:

• Fill Out The Return Form: This form is included with every order and must be filled out completely and packaged to ensure a speedy return.
• Package Your Return: Include the original tags and original packaging. If the original tags and/or the original packaging are not returned you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You will be charged a 50% Restocking Fee if the item arrives back to us broke or non-resellable (broken zipper, missing buttons, tears, odor, pet hair or stains).
• Ship Your Package: Apparel Zoo is not liable for lost or damaged returned shipments.

You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. **Returns that do not have a return Form, will take longer to process.

Please allow up to 5 days from the date your return is delivered to us (International up to 6 weeks) and the Final Value Fee is credited back to our account for the refund to be issued. Refunds may take up to 72 hours depending on PayPal. If you haven't received your refund after it was issued by us, please contact PayPal.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: We return shipping costs only if the item was 1) Shipped Incorrectly 2) Arrived with stains or tears ~ We ask that you contact us for a Return Label. We make decisions/arrangements depending on each situation. We do not cover shipping costs back to us if the item does not fit or the item is not as you expected.

We are not liable for Manufacturer's Defects, meaning if an item is poorly cut, sized too small/big or the print is incorrect, we are not held liable. If you are unsatisfied with an item because of one of these reasons, please contact the manufacture (brand) directly for complaints. We will accept it back for a refund or exchange but will not cover Shipping Costs.

We only accept Pay Pal payments. To purchase, you must have a PayPal account. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL A TRANSACTION, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY - NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. ONCE AN ITEM IS SHIPPED WE CANNOT RETRIEVE IT.
