SHIPPING

When will my order be sent?
Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri before 2:00 pm. Orders received after this time will be sent the following WORKING day. We do not ship orders at weekends or on bank holidays. We ARE NOT held responsible for delays in delivery. Normally Order will be with you in 2/3 working days. All items are quality checked prior to dispatch.
How will my order be sent?
We use Royal Mail first class post to dispatch most items. Should your order be for multiple items, we may use a next day courrier service.

International deliveries will take longer. Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive.


Can you combine shipping?
We are happy to combine shipping on the same order, please get in touch.


PAYMENT

We are only able to accept payment by PAYPAL

Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary.

Packaging
All our items are packaged carefully as possible, and where required we will use anti-static packaging to ensure the item arrives safely.

Postage & Packing
We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage.

Postage & Packing costs include the following:

  • Cost of Postage - Stamps!

  • Packaging costs, anti-static packaging where required

  • Good strong padded enevelopes and tubes

  • Cost of picking and preparing your order

Standard Returns
We are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 7 days of being received, and providing item has not been used or opened and is in original condition
