Who will my item ship with? World's Best Deals ships with both UPS and USPS, shipping carriers are selected at the time of shipping and customers are notified with tracking numbers upon shipment.
Does World's Best Deals also ship internationally or to US territories? Yes, we do! We ship to most countries using the eBay Global Shipping Program. Please check our shipping terms to verify we ship to your country before purchasing.
Can I ship my item to a friend or family member? Unfortunately due to PayPal restrictions, we are only able to ship to the address listed on the payment. We cannot ship to any alternate addresses received via email or over the phone.
Where do I send my item back for an exchange or return? Simply visit our customer service website, there is a direct link on our about me page, and complete a request for a return or exchange or simply send an email or contact us through the eBay messaging system. We will respond to your request with return or exchange instructions within 2 business days.
Can I cancel my bid? Any unwanted bids can be cancelled by the bidder up to 12 hours prior to the auction ending. Please contact eBay directly for help with cancelling your bid. If your listing has already ended and you are unable to complete the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate.
I'm bidding on more items, how long do I have to pay for my original item? We offer buyers a 7 day payment window to have your items paid. Any additional items bid on during that time frame can be combined with your original item and purchased together. We are unable to accept any payments or combine any new items after 7 days however.
I would like to combine shipping, how do I receive an updated invoice? Buyers are able to select the items they would like to pay for during eBay's checkout. Combined rates are automatically calculated when items are purchased together. Items paid separately do not qualify for any combined shipping rates and orders cannot be combined after payment has been made. If you have questions or need help with a combined invoice please contact us prior to payment through eBay's messaging system.
