Shipping Policy

• Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of payment receipt, though most will ship within 24 hrs during weekdays. We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays. We ship to PayPal confirmed and unconfirmed addresses. The correct shipping address must be entered at check out (we can't change any address after checkout).



• All packages shipped from us are fully inspected prior to shipment.



• Method of shipping is determined by weight of the product you purchased.



• All Shipping times are provided by carrier, and always in Business Days Mon-Fri. Saturday service is not available in all areas and surcharges apply.



• We ship to USA including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Territories. We also ship to select APO Addresses.



• Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Notify us of any damages. Please retain all shipping materials. For any questions regarding our shipping policies please feel free to ask us.

• Please make sure that your address is in English lettering and a phone number is included



• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.



• Auctions with free shipping only apply to domestic orders. There will be a shipping charge for international buyers.

• Return is accepted in the original condition you received it (package unopened), within 7 days unless stated otherwise in item listing.



• Please obtain a Return or Exchange Authorization Number from us, and place it clearly on the package being returned.



• Please include a copy of customer sales invoice.



• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
