Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most of our orders made before 2pm and have cleared payment received for are despatched the very same day!

Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will give you a FREEPOST code. This will not cost you anything to return them back to us.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt.

Returns for Refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid.
