However, if you break the scale during installation or operation, you'll take on the cost of replacement. If nothing wrong with you, but scales or display unit are defective or stop working less than 5 years as I promised, I'll try to replace at my cost. So the basic policy is that if you break it, you buy it, if the issue caused by scale or DRO itself, or the life cycle of linear scales and readout is less than many years as I promised, I'll replace.
We offer 5 years coverage warranty , which means we have
confidence on the products we're selling. We don't sell cheap scales, we sell reliable scales and readout. Once you installed on, I don't want you take it off and repair. We focus on the quality and price of each unit. I can even bring price down if I sell cheap scales, but customers will suffer.
