Trader Joe's Raw Honey is a thick, slightly creamy honey—we've whipped it a bit to make it smooth and spreadable—with a bit of butterscotch on the nose. It's a sweet spread for warm biscuits, yummy with yogurt and an excellent companion to strong cheeses like our Cambozola.

What’s raw honey? It's uncooked, sweetie. (Rim shot, please…) Seriously, folks, raw honey is simply the unadulterated nectar of the myriad flowers pollinated by our friends, the bees. We've filtered it a bit to smooth things out, but we haven't heated the honey, so it retains all of its naturally occurring enzymes and nutritional punch.
