Items will be dispatched from our depot normally within one working day after the receiving of cleared payment. We are, however, not responsible for carrier's delivery time. The relative information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

If a delivery is missed and redelivery charges apply it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these charges.
A full refund of the buyer's original item purchase cost can be made in the case of returned faulty items. This is dependent on the following conditions:

a) The customer has communicated with UETUK OXFORD about the possible fault with the item.
b) The goods have been received by UETUK OXFORD .
c) The items have been confirmed by the UETUK OXFORD technical team as faulty, defective, or unacceptable quality.
d) No open Paypal dispute exists on the customer's account.

Please note the original shipping fee is not refundable unless items were wrongly delivered, or as otherwise discussed with the support team. Return fees will also not be refunded unless returned items are classed as faulty. We here at UETUK OXFORD sell high quality retail items and all item descriptions are accurate and detailed, we will only accept refunds on defected goods and on any items where information provided has been inaccurate.
