OUTSTANDING Vintage 30's Jewel Box Irish Chain Postage Stamp Antique Quilt!
This VIBRANT cotton 30's Irish chain/jewel box/postage stamp quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted, with a nice yellow background.
It measures 74" X 86" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint age spots on the back and no wear. There are straight line and grid designs quilted throughout at 7-8 stitches to the inch. The back is white, the machine stitched binding is solid blue, and the batting is thin.
The photos just don't do justice to this WELL CONSTRUCTED vintage COLLECTOR'S QUILT in GREAT CONDITION -- it's even nicer in real life!
