When purchasing through our eBay store we prefer PayPal payments. It's a safe and an easy way to pay on eBay. Please note we ONLY deliver to CONFIRMED Ebay addresses so we are protected by Paypal against fraud.

Our aim is to get your goods to you as fast as possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being received.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and you will have the option of selecting your preferred postal service where this is available.
Delivery within the UK
We would expect all UK deliveries to be received within 1 -4 working days. If you are unable to accept your parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office or Courier. If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.
Delivery within the EU
We would expect all EU deliveries to be received within 4 – 10 working days depending on your country and local customs. We use Royal Mail Small Packets for our EU orders and a tracked service is available at an extra charge.
Whilst most orders arrive within these timescales please allow 20 working days for delivery of your order.
Delivery Outside the EU (including the USA, Canada and Australia)
We would expect all EU deliveries to be received within 7 - 14 working days depending on your country and local customs. We use Royal Mail Small Packets for our international orders and a tracked service is available at an extra charge.
Whilst most orders arrive within these timescales please allow 25 working days for delivery of your order.
RETURNS POLICY
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us via Ebay messages quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If the item is faulty, then we will be responsible for the return postage cost.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us via Ebay messages quoting your order number, your name and address and details of the product you have received. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return and organise the dispatch of your correct products. If we have sent you an item that you did not order, then we will be responsible for the return postage cost.
