Your email/message must include:
- your ebay username
- your desired photo/s (if the product allows it, please read description)
- photo requrements (i.e. crop to head, remove background)
- your text & text font style (please see the product images for the available font types)
Most of our store's items can be engraved with text, photos or both. If you're not sure if we can make your ideas happen, contact us before ordering.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal, the safest and easiest way to pay for goods on eBay!
You can still use your credit or debit card to pay, there's no need to have a Paypal account.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
It takes 10-15 days for international orders to be delivered.
Please be aware that delays may occur around and during busy Holidays.
We strongly advise customers living in Australia or the US to plan ahead before buying to avoid disappointment. Ebay offers just estimates of the delivery times, they can sometimes be correct but often they're not.
If your order is time sensitive please let us know and also select a Tracked and Signed service, it's usually faster than the Standard service.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
RETURNS:
Items are personalised, due to this they cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made on our behalf. However, if you are not happy with your item please contact us and we may be able to help you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All items are personalized using impact engraving. The image/text does not wear off unless the item is mechanically polished or scratched.The image and text engraved on the metallic items will appear monochrome (black and white), we cannot “color engrave”.
The engraved photographs have a holographic effect and will only be fully visible when the light hits the surface of the item in certain angles. We reserve the right to remove the background of your image when engraved unless stated otherwise in the Engraving instructions Form or in the emails that you send us.
PLEASE NOTE that we cannot guarantee that your engraved photograph will have the same level of detail as the ones from the advertised items. Some photographs appear clearer than others, due to quality, level of detail and light of image provided. Low quality images will be enhanced to our best efforts but we cannot be held at fault if you feel the images are not clear enough when engraved. The items are customized, due to this they cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made on our part.
Please note that we do not always respond to confirm engraving instructions and photographs/prints/images sent by email have been received. If we do not receive the engraving instructions in a three day period after you have purchased the item, we will try to contact you.
